At Ashford Farm, everything revolves around excellence. Since its founding by Enda Carroll in 2011, the farm has grown into an internationally recognized showjumping operation dedicated to breeding, sourcing, producing and developing top-quality sport horses.
From promising young talents to established Grand Prix horses, Ashford Farm has built its reputation on the ability to recognize quality and create successful combinations between horses and riders. Many horses sourced, produced or bred through the farm have gone on to perform at the highest level of the sport – with some horses becoming part of showjumping history.
Today, Ashford Farm brings together sport, trading, breeding and rider development from its home in Bocholt, Belgium as well as several other locations in Europe. At its heart remains the same philosophy: an uncompromising pursuit of quality, strong partnerships and a life-long passion for showjumping.

At the heart of Ashford Breeding is a carefully selected collection of exceptional mares, combining proven sport performance, outstanding bloodlines and generations of quality.
Our mares are thoughtfully matched with leading sires and some of the world’s most successful sport stallions. Every combination is selected with the future in mind, bringing together athleticism, rideability and mentality to breed the next generation of top-level showjumpers.
From embryo to young horse, every Ashford-bred horse is raised with time and care. Preserving valuable genetics, building on proven performance and shaping talent for the highest level of the sport.
Today, the first generations stemming from the breeding program are successfully progressing onto the international stage, confirming the quality and potential behind the Ashford breeding philosophy.

Our foals bring the Ashford breeding philosophy to life. Born from exceptional bloodlines and carefully considered crosses, they represent the next generation of Ashford Breeding. Their talent to be nurtured and developed with the ambition to carry the Ashford name forward and achieve future success in the sport.
Youngsters
Our young horses are where breeding potential begins to translate into performance. Through patient, individual training, their talent is carefully developed, preparing Ashford’s future performers for success in international sport.

The Collection
For the first time, twelve crosses from the Ashford breeding program are offered to buyers directly, as implanted embryos, in an auction held entirely online. The foals are expected in 2027.
