Aganix’s unlimited scope meets the rock-solid damline of Contago and Quintini!

A fantastic combination of an exceptional performance family with one of the most influential sires in modern showjumping breeding. Clintina 8 competed successfully up to 1.40m level and is a sister to Olympic and World Championship performer Contago and 1.65m jumper Quintini. Aganix du Seigneur adds proven 1.60m performance and extraordinary breeding power, with more than 120 offspring already competing from 1.45m to 1.60m level. An exciting embryo combining a remarkable sport family with the proven qualities of a world-class sire.

The dam

Clintina 8

Clintina 8 brings a strong sport foundation to this embryo. The Colestus daughter was successfully produced in the sport by Johannes Ehning before entering the Ashford Farm breeding program. Her sire Colestus competed successfully at 1.60m level and brings in the highly influential blood of Cornet Obolensky. Clintina 8 is out of Cassandra (Cassini II), an exceptional producer whose offspring are a real tribute to their pedigree. Cassandra produced top level jumper Contago, who represented Mexico at the Paris Olympic Games and the 2026 World Championships in Aachen with Eugenio Garza Perez. Other high-ranking offspring of this mare are Quintini (1.65m – Pieter Clemens, Cian O’Connor, Max Wachman) and 1.45m jumpers Contario 8 and Casalita. With daughter Clintina 8 (1.40m level), Cassandra has produced no less than two mares that feature as dams of embryos in this auction. Cassandra’s sister Contessa 128 further strengthens this exceptional damline as the dam of the legendary Greya, while our broodmare Bonny also traces back to the same family, underlining the depth of performance genetics represented in this collection.

The sire

Aganix du Seigneur

Aganix du Seigneur has established himself as one of the most influential sires in modern showjumping breeding. The Ogano Sitte son competed successfully up to 1.60m level with Jos Lansink before going on to build an exceptional legacy as a sire. Renowned for passing on scope, blood, rideability and an outstanding jumping ability, Aganix du Seigneur already counts more than 120 offspring competing at 1.45m to 1.60m level, with almost 10% of that number at 1.60m Grand Prix level. His impressive list of top-level offspring includes Ambassador Z (Ines Joly), Agana van het Gerendal Z (Lillie Keenan), Attoucha Hero Z (Paris Sellon), Maxwin Kinmar Agalux (Simon Delestre) and Akarad Hero Z (Pieter Clemens). With more than 70 approved sons and generation after generation of international performers coming through, Aganix du Seigneur’s influence on modern showjumping breeding continues to grow.
